SgBabysitter.com is a registered website and provides the services offered on it under the following terms and conditions of service and website use ("Terms").  By accessing and registering to use the services offered on this Web Site, you shall be deemed to have read and understood the Terms accept to be bound by them. 

General Terms of service 

These Terms of Service Agreement may be changed from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and your use of this Web Site after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use and all of the changes.  

Service Agreement  

The Client acknowledges that the Babysitters and Nannies are independent contractors and not employees of SgBabysitter.  

SgBabysitter does not give any warranty concerning the character of the Babysitters and Nannies introduced.  We will arrange for the Client to meet up with the Babysitters or Nannies.  It is the responsibility of the Client to approve the suitability of Babysitter and Nanny.   

All Clients are assume to have read the information on the website to prepare themselves as well as the Babysitters or Nannies for the babysitting sessions. 

Payment  

Payment for the babysitting session is to be made to the Babysitter or Nanny at the conclusion of each appointment and payment can only be made in cash. 

Confirmation of Assignment 

Should the request for Babysitters and Nannies is for a period of more than one month away, a deposit equivalent to 40% will have to be placed to secure the availability of the Babysitter or Nanny. 

Intellectual Properties, Copyright, Trademarks and Restrictions on the use of the Web site 

The materials located on this Web Site including the information, articles and all content are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary rights. All rights, title and interest in the Contents are owned by, licensed to or controlled by SgBabysitter.  All other intellectual property rights are reserved.  Certain of the names, logos and other materials displayed on the web site constitute trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos ("Marks") of SgBabysitter or other entities. You are not authorised to use any such Marks, ownership of these Marks and the goodwill thereof remains the property of SgBabysitter or those other entities. 

Disclaimers 

Sgbabysitter seek to facilitate a fair and happy relationship between the client and the Babysitter or Nanny.  However Sgbabysitter will not be held responsible for any default of salary payment.  Sgbabysitter will also not act as an arbitrator or mediator for any conflicts or disagreements that arise between the parent and the babysitter or nanny.   

SgBabysitter will not be responsible for conduct of any Babysitters or Nannies online or offline.  

SgBabysitter assume no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or communications.  

SgBabysitter shall in no event be liable for any damages, loss or expense including without limitation, direct, special or consequential damage or economic loss arising from or in connection with: 

- Any access, use or the inability to access or use this website, or reliance on the materials and/or any information on the website. 

- Any system, server or connection failure, error, omission, interruption, delay in transmission, or computer virus 

- Any use of or access to any other website linked to this website
